WILL LIMIT MIXING ON THURSDAY...BUT IMPROVED CONDITIONS ARE
EXPECTED ON FRIDAY AS THE RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE SHIFTS EAST. THIS
WILL ALLOW STRONGER SOUTHWEST WINDS TO REDEVELOP AS ANOTHER
PACIFIC STORM PUSHES ACROSS THE WESTERN STATES.
