OHIO VALLEY REGION. NORTH WINDS AROUND 12 TO 14 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 20
MPH THIS MORNING WILL ALSO RELAX A BIT THIS AFTERNOON CLOSER TO 10
MPH. RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES THIS AFTERNOON WILL FALL CLOSE TO 25
PERCENT FOR A FEW HOURS. CLOUD COVER OVER THE MIDWEST STATES WILL
ALSO SPREAD SOUTHEASTWARD INTO THE AREA HEADING INTO THE AFTERNOON.
