SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE IS ENTRENCHED ACROSS THE GULF AND FLORIDA
PENINSULA  WITH A VERY DRY AND STABLE AIR MASS IN PLACE. RELATIVE HUMIDITIES
ACROSS THE BURN SITE ARE CURRENTLY AROUND 30 TO 35 PERCENT. STABLE WEATHER
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED THIS EVENING THROUGH FRIDAY. WINDS ACROSS THE BURN
SITE WILL BE NORTHERLY TO NORTHEASTERLY AND LIGHT TONIGHT INTO EARLY FRIDAY
MORNING AND COULD BE LIGHT AND VARIABLE AT TIMES.
