.Discussion...

Morning clouds will give way to partly cloudy skies as high pressure
builds in from the north. This high pressure will ensure dry
conditions will remain in place today and through much of Thursday.
Morning clouds and light north (less than 10 mph)winds will keep
temperatures down, but southern aspect of the burn areas will warm
up faster this afternoon as the late March sun appears. Inversion
heights initially near 2000ft will mix to at least 3500ft by midday.
