.DISCUSSION...
Slightly warmer Wednesday with lower daytime humidity. Winds will
be light in the morning, then become southwest and gusty after 11
AM. The strongest winds will occur to the southeast of the
incident through the San Gorgonio Pass. Winds weakening by the
early evening, with light winds and moderate humidity recovery
overnight. Warming trend continues Thursday with slightly weaker
afternoon winds.
