CALIFORNIA. LIGHT UPSLOPE AND UPCANYON WINDS IN THE MORNING WILL
BECOME SOUTHWEST AND GUSTY AROUND 1300-1400 AS THE SEA BREEZE
PUSHES INLAND. RIDGE WINDS WILL BE WEST-SOUTHWEST AND GUSTY IN
