.DISCUSSION...CURRENTLY THE RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE IS OVER THE
WESTERN GREAT BASIN AND AS SUCH NORTHERLY TRANSPORT WINDS HAVE
BEEN IN PLACE TODAY. THESE NORTHERLY WINDS WILL CONTINUE WEDNESDAY
BUT WILL BE WEAKER AS THE RIDGE AXIS MOVES CLOSER TO UTAH. THE
RIDGE MOVES OVERHEAD THURSDAY AND TEMPERATURES WILL JUMP SEVERAL
DEGREES AND RH VALUES WILL LOWER. WINDS WILL BECOME LIGHT WESTERLY
ALOFT SO WE EXPECT THE TERRAIN TO MAINLY DRIVE THE WINDS.
