.DISCUSSION...HIGH PRESSURE ALOFT WILL BUILD OVER THE AREA
MONDAY MAINTAINING LIGHT WINDS DRIVEN BY SLOPE FLOWS. WITH
THE STRENGTHENING RIDGE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL CONTINUE TO
TREND DOWNWARD THROUGH MONDAY WITH ONLY MARGINAL OVERNIGHT
RECOVERY. A WEAK WEATHER SYSTEM WILL GRAZE BY THE AREA
TUESDAY BUMPING WINDS A BIT FROM THE SOUTHWEST DURING THE
DAY. A SOUTHWESTERLY FLOW ALOFT IS EXPECTED TO BECOME
ESTABLISHED FOR THE LATTER HALF OF THE WEEK. HIGH BASED
MOISTURE WITHIN THIS FLOW WILL BRING A SMALL CHANCE FOR
HIGH BASED CONVECTION DURING THIS TIME WITH LITTLE IF ANY
CHANCE FOR WETTING RAINS.
