TRANSPORT WINDS WILL BE LIGHT...MIXING WILL BE GOOD. A MORE SIGNIFICANT
STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE INTO THE GREAT BASIN FRIDAY THROUGH THE WEEKEND AND
THIS WILL RESULT IN A BETTER CHANCE OF PRECIPITATION AT THE BURN
SITE...ESPECIALLY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.
