TRANSITION FROM MAINLY EAST THIS MORNING TO SOUTHWEST THIS
AFTERNOON. ALTHOUGH WINDS SHOULD REMAIN FAIRLY LIGHT THEY WILL BE
SLIGHTLY STRONGER THAN ON WEDNESDAY. ANOTHER SLIGHT INCREASE IN
WINDS WILL OCCUR ON FRIDAY AS A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVES ON TO THE
PACIFIC NORTHWEST COAST. ONLY SLIGHT CHANGES IN TEMPERATURE OR RH
ARE EXPECTED ON FRIDAY AS THIS SYSTEM PUSHES INLAND TO THE NORTH.
