.DISCUSSION...

Today into tomorrow, the winds will stay generally from the east and switch
to the northeast.  Wind speeds will generally be around 12mph and gust to around
25mph by 7am Wednesday morning.  Minimum RH values will be in the mid 60% range
throughout today and Wednesday.  Rain and storm chances increase generally after
10pm tonight.  After that, rain should overspread the area and last through Wednesday.
Therefore, mixing heights will generally top out around 3kft this afternoon but continually
decrease to less than 1kft into this evening.  Ventilation rates should be adequate
for a short period of time today.
