BETWEEN 1300 AND 2100 LST TODAY AND MONDAY. AREAS OF PRECIPITATION
WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING GUSTY WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH.
OTHERWISE...20-FT WINDS WILL BE FROM THE NORTHWEST DURING THE
AFTERNOONS AT 10 TO 15 MPH...AND GENERALLY FOLLOW DOWN SLOPE/DOWN
VALLEY TRENDS OVERNIGHT. DAYTIME RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL BOTTOM OUT
AROUND 25 PCT THIS AFTERNOON WITH GOOD OVERNIGHT RECOVERIES.
