FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE ERIE

.SYNOPSIS..HIGH PRESSURE 30.40 INCHES OVER OHIO WILL MOVE INTO THE
SOUTHEAST STATES ON FRIDAY. AN ARCTIC COLD FRONT WILL CROSS LAKE
ERIE FRIDAY EVENING. A LARGE AREA OF ARCTIC HIGH PRESSURE 30.80
INCHES WILL SLIDE ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES THIS WEEKEND AND MOVE OFF
THE EAST COAST BY MONDAY. A WARM FRONT WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE
OHIO VALLEY SUNDAY NIGHT AND LIFT NORTH ACROSS THE LAKE ON MONDAY.
ON TUESDAY...LOW PRESSURE WILL DEVELOP OVER THE SOUTHEAST STATES
AND MOVE TO THE MID ATLANTIC COAST WHILE ANOTHER LOW PRESSURE AREA
MOVES THROUGH THE SOUTHERN GREAT LAKES.
