WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A WEAK RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES
EXTENDS FROM THE OHIO VALLEY NORTHEAST TO QUEBEC. THIS HIGH WILL
DRIFT SLOWLY SOUTHEAST AS A COLD FRONT EXTENDING SOUTH FROM LOW
PRESSURE OVER HUDSON BAY MOVES SOUTH ACROSS THE LAKE THURSDAY
NIGHT INTO FRIDAY MORNING. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES WILL BUILD
SOUTH INTO ONTARIO IN THE WAKE OF THIS FRONT FRONT FRIDAY. THE
HIGH WILL THEN CONTINUE SOUTH INTO THE GREAT LAKES REGION SATURDAY
NIGHT WEAKENING TO 30.2 INCHES AS IT MOVES TO NEW ENGLAND SUNDAY.
