A STRONG STORM SYSTEM WILL IMPACT THE REGION WEDNESDAY INTO
WEDNESDAY NIGHT...CHRISTMAS EVE. A PERIOD OF HEAVY RAINFALL WITH
AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE LIKELY WHICH ALONG WITH SNOWMELT
WILL RESULT IN THE POTENTIAL FOR SOME MINOR FLOODING AND
SIGNIFICANT WITHIN BANK RISES OF LARGER STEM RIVERS.

STRONG GUSTY WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS ARE POSSIBLE AFTER A COLD
FRONTAL PASSAGE THURSDAY. WIND HEADLINES MAY BE NEEDED CHRISTMAS
