HIGH TO EXTREME CATEGORY ON SUNDAY. PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT
WILL BE NORTHWEST WINDS AVERAGING 25 TO 40 MPH...WITH OCCASIONAL
GUSTS AROUND 45 MPH.
