THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR WEST CENTRAL AND SOUTHWEST
FLORIDA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

...THUNDERSTORM IMPACT...
SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TODAY AND THESE WILL BE
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING STRONG GUSTY WINDS...LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS...
AND FREQUENT DEADLY LIGHTNING STRIKES.

...FLOOD IMPACT...
A FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT TODAY DUE TO THE POTENTIAL OF MORE
FLOODING IN LOW LYING AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS. HOWEVER...
WIDESPREAD HEAVY RAINFALL IS NOT ANTICIPATED...BUT ANY LOCALLY
HEAVY RAIN IN ALREADY FLOODED AREAS WILL ONLY EXACERBATE THE
SITUATION. RESIDENTS LIVING IN FLOOD PRONE AREAS SHOULD REMAIN
ALERT TO ANY RAPID RISES IN WATER LEVELS AND BE READY TO MOVE TO
HIGHER GROUND SHOULD FLOODING BE OBSERVED. MOTORISTS SHOULD
EXERCISE CAUTION AND NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOODED ROADWAYS.

...RIVER FLOOD IMPACT...
RIVER FLOODING WILL CONTINUE ALONG A FEW AREA RIVERS. PLEASE VIEW
THE LATEST RIVER WARNINGS AND STATEMENTS FOR ADDITIONAL
INFORMATION. RESIDENTS LIVING ALONG RIVERS AND FASTER FLOWING
STREAMS SHOULD REMAIN AWARE OF WATER LEVELS AND BE READY TO MOVE
TO HIGHER GROUND SHOULD FLOODING BE OBSERVED.
