...FOG IMPACTING PORTIONS OF THE CHARLESTON HARBOR...

Areas of shallow fog will continue to impact parts of the
Charleston Harbor as well as portions of the Cooper, Ashley and
Wando Rivers through daybreak. The fog will be locally dense at
times with visibilities 1 NM or less. Mariners should remain
alert for areas of reduced visibilities.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners are urged to navigate with extreme care. If you must
navigate in these conditions, proceed with caution. Use proper
fog signals, including fog horns if needed. Make sure all
navigational running lights are on.
