AT 424 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE NEAR SHORE WATERS OF GEORGIA
AND SOUTH CAROLINA EARLY THIS MORNING. A FEW OF THE STRONGER STORMS
WERE PRODUCING FREQUENT LIGHTNING STRIKES AND TORRENTIAL RAINS
REDUCING LOCAL VISIBILITIES BELOW 1/2 NAUTICAL MILE.

MARINE LOCATIONS IN AND AROUND FRIPP ISLAND REEF...BULL BREAKERS...
FOLLY BEACH...FOLLY ISLAND...BUOY BL...BREACH INLET...SAINT
CATHERINES BUOY...BUOY KC...BUOY STC...CAT BUOY...DUA BUOY...FRIPP
ISLAND WRECK...CALIBOGUE SOUND...SOUTH EDISTO RIVER...FRIPP ISLAND
AND COOSAW RIVER WILL BE IMPACTED THROUGH 630 AM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR ANY SHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS TO PRODUCE
WATERSPOUTS. MOVE YOUR BOAT AWAY FROM WATERSPOUTS...WHICH PRODUCE
WINDS AND SEAS THAT CAN ENDANGER SMALL CRAFT. BE SURE ALL PASSENGERS
ARE WEARING APPROVED PERSONAL FLOATATION DEVICES.
