...AREAS OF SEA FOG THIS MORNING ALONG MIDDLE TEXAS COAST...

THE COMBINATION OF WARM MOIST ONSHORE FLOW AND COOL SEA SURFACE
TEMPERATURES HAS RESULTED IN AREAS OF FOG ACROSS THE MIDDLE TEXAS
COASTAL WATERS THIS MORNING. GENERAL VISIBILITIES OF 2 TO 3
NAUTICAL MILES ARE EXPECTED. HOWEVER...VISIBILITIES AROUND 1
NAUTICAL MILE MAY BRIEFLY OCCUR THIS MORNING...PARTICULARLY ACROSS
AREA BAYS AND WATERWAYS.

MARINERS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR SUDDEN CHANGES IN VISIBILITY OVER
SHORT DISTANCES. REDUCE YOUR SPEED AND KEEP A LOOKOUT FOR OTHER
VESSELS...BUOYS AND BREAKWATERS. KEEP YOUR NAVIGATION LIGHTS ON.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER CRAFT
OR NOT EQUIPPED WITH RADAR...SHOULD CONSIDER SEEKING SAFE HARBOR.

VISIBILITIES SHOULD GRADUALLY IMPROVE BY LATE THIS MORNING.
