RIVER...MA OUT   25 NM...   COASTAL WATERS FROM PORT CLYDE...ME TO
CAPE ELIZABETH...ME OUT 25   NM...   COASTAL WATERS FROM
STONINGTON...ME TO PORT CLYDE...ME OUT 25 NM...   WATERS FROM
STONINGTON ME TO MERRIMACK RIVER MA FROM 25 TO 40   NM...

AT 1215 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS
WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 7 NM EAST OF KENNEBUNKPORT
TO 7 NM NORTHEAST OF THE MOUTH OF THE MERRIMACK RIVER...MOVING EAST
AT 50 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
