THUNDERSTORMS...PRODUCING STRONG WINDS NEAR 30 KNOTS OVER THE GULF
WATERS WEST OF THE MOUTH OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER. THESE STORMS WERE
MOVING WEST AT 20 KNOTS.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER WAVES...
AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY
