...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE COASTAL WATERS SOUTHEAST OF
YABUCOA AND HUMACAO...

The areas affected include...
  Caribbean Waters of Puerto Rico from 10 NM to 17N, including the
  Coastal Waters of Saint Croix...
  Coastal Waters east of Puerto Rico, around Vieques, and around and
  just north of Culebra and Saint John...
  Coastal Waters of Southern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...

At 644 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorms,
capable of producing frequent lightning and winds to around 30
knots. Isolated waterspouts are possible. These thunderstorms were
located just off the coast of Yabucoa and Humacao. These
thunderstorms were almost stationary.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
