AT 645 PM AST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS
WERE MOVING WEST NORTHWEST AROUND 20 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES...WITH PERIODS OF HEAVY RAINFALL.
BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS
PASS.

INTENSE LIGHTNING MAY BE OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS. IF CAUGHT ON
THE OPEN WATER STAY BELOW DECK IF POSSIBLE...KEEP AWAY FROM UNGROUNDED
