waters this morning... ...Increasing winds and seas for all
coastal waters today...

.Winds and seas increase today as low pressure deepens over
Northern Texas and Oklahoma combine with high pressure over the
Gulf. Patches of dense fog to linger through the morning.

Dense Fog Advisory.

* WINDS...South winds increasing to near 20 knots.

* WAVES/SEAS...Seas building 5 to 7 feet.

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 20 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners...especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
