THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN EUREKA HAS ISSUED A SMALL CRAFT
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 9 PM THIS EVENING TO 3 AM PDT
SUNDAY.

* WINDS...LIGHT AND VARIABLE WINDS THIS MORNING BECOMING N 15 TO
  25 KT TONIGHT. WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO INCREASE ON THURSDAY TO 20
  TO 30 KT WITH POSSIBLE GALE CONDITIONS LATE THURSDAY AFTERNOON
  INTO EARLY EVENING.

* WAVES...A NW SWELL WILL BUILD THROUGH THE DAY CAUSING SLOWLY
  BUILDING SEAS. AS WINDS INCREASE TONIGHT STEEP NORTHERLY WAVES
  WILL BUILD AND REMAIN THROUGH THE WEEKEND.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
