HIGH WAVES OVERNIGHT TUESDAY AND THROUGH WEDNESDAY. WAVES ARE NOT
EXPECTED TO DIMINISH UNTIL WINDS SHIFT AGAIN BEHIND THE LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.  INEXPERIENCED MARINERS, ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
