THEN BECOME WEST TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY AFTER THE FRONT
MOVES THROUGH. OCCASIONAL GUSTS OVER 25 KTS CAN BE EXPECTED.

  VEER WEST TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY. OCCASIONAL GUSTS OVER
  25 KTS CAN BE EXPECTED.

* WAVES ACTION WILL BE MINIMAL DUE TO EXTENSIVE ICE COVERAGE ON
  THE NEAR SHORE WATERS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
