OPERATORS OF SMALL CRAFT. CONDITIONS WILL GRADUALLY IMPROVE
STARTING TUESDAY AFTERNOON.

AFTERNOON BUT SEAS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO SUBSIDE BELOW 10 FEET UNTIL
WEDNESDAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS...SHOULD AVOID BOATING IN THESE CONDITIONS. IF TRAVEL BY
BOAT IS NECESSARY EXERCISE CAUTION...ESPECIALLY NEAR REEF LINES
AND WHEN ENTERING OR LEAVING HARBORS AND INLETS
