* WINDS...NORTHWEST 25 TO 35 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 KT.

* SEAS...4 TO 7 FEET.

* FREEZING SPRAY...MODERATE FREEZING SPRAY RATES ARE EXPECTED THIS
  EVENING...THEN BECOME HEAVY OVERNIGHT INTO EARLY SUNDAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A HEAVY FREEZING SPRAY WARNING MEANS HEAVY FREEZING SPRAY IS
EXPECTED TO RAPIDLY ACCUMULATE ON VESSELS. THESE CONDITIONS CAN
BE EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS TO NAVIGATION. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT
MARINERS NOT TRAINED TO OPERATE IN THESE CONDITIONS OR VESSELS
NOT PROPERLY EQUIPPED TO DO SO...REMAIN IN PORT OR AVOID THE
WARING AREA.

A GALE WARNING MEANS WINDS OF 34 TO 47 KNOTS ARE IMMINENT OR
OCCURRING. OPERATING A VESSEL IN GALE CONDITIONS REQUIRES
EXPERIENCE AND PROPERLY EQUIPPED VESSELS. IT IS HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE
HARBOR PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF GALE CONDITIONS.

* FREEZING SPRAY...MODERATE FREEZING SPRAY RATES ARE EXPECTED TO
  CONTINUE INTO SUNDAY MORNING. FREEZING SPRAY RATES MAY BE HEAVY
  AT TIMES TONIGHT.

A FREEZING SPRAY ADVISORY MEANS THAT LIGHT TO MODERATE
ACCUMULATION OF ICE IS EXPECTED ON VESSELS. OPERATING A VESSEL IN
FREEZING SPRAY CAN BE HAZARDOUS. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT VESSELS
BE PREPARED TO TAKE APPROPRIATE COUNTER MEASURES BEFORE PUTTING
TO SEA OR ENTERING THE ADVISORY AREA. MARINERS ARE URGED TO
ENSURE THEIR LIFE SAVING EQUIPMENT REMAINS FREE OF ICE AND THAT
THEIR FIRE FIGHTING CAPABILITIES ARE NOT IMPACTED DUE TO ADVERSE
WEATHER CONDITIONS.
