CRAFT ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM EDT SUNDAY.

* LOCATIONS...THE ATLANTIC COASTAL WATERS OF NEW JERSEY.

* WINDS...INCREASING NORTHEAST 10 TO 20 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 KT.
  STRONGEST WINDS LATE TONIGHT INTO SUNDAY MORNING.

* SEAS...3 TO 6 FEET.

* TIMING...THERE SHOULD BE A PERIOD OF SUB SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY
  CONDITIONS DURING THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING BEFORE THEY RETURN
  OVERNIGHT AND CONTINUE DURING THE DAY ON SUNDAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 25 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR SEAS OF 5 FEET OR GREATER ARE ANTICIPATED. WINDS AND SEAS
WITHIN THESE RANGES ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS
FOR SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE
OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
