WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM LATE FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH
SATURDAY EVENING.



* WINDS: SOUTHEAST 10 TO 15 KT BECOMING SOUTH AT 25 TO 30 KT WITH
  GUSTS OF AT LEAST 35 TO 40 KT LIKELY LATE FRIDAY NIGHT AND
  SATURDAY MORNING. ADDITIONAL SOUTHWEST WIND GUSTS OF 35 KT
  APPEAR LIKELY LATE SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING.

* SEAS: 5 FT FRIDAY RISING ABRUPTLY TO AT LEAST 13 TO 15 FT
  SATURDAY. SEAS SHOULD DROP BELOW 10 FT SATURDAY EVENING OR
  SATURDAY NIGHT.

A GALE WATCH IS ISSUED WHEN THE RISK OF GALE FORCE WINDS OF 34 TO
47 KNOTS HAS SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED...BUT THE SPECIFIC TIMING
AND/OR LOCATION IS STILL UNCERTAIN. IT IS INTENDED TO PROVIDE
ADDITIONAL LEAD TIME FOR MARINERS WHO MAY WISH TO CONSIDER
ALTERING THEIR PLANS.
