WATERS TODAY...

.A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE COASTAL WATERS THIS MORNING
WITH BRISK WESTERLY WINDS. A LARGE WEST-NORTHWEST SWELL WILL
GRADUALLY SUBSIDE TODAY. WEST-NORTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE
THROUGH THE EVENING BEFORE DIMINISHING LATE TONIGHT.

* SEAS...COMBINED SEAS AROUND 8 FEET OVER THE OUTER WATERS AND UP
  TO 6 FEET OVER THE INNER WATERS TODAY. SEAS GRADUALLY SUBSIDING TODAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
AND COMBINED SEAS OF 10 FEET OR GREATER ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED
MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD
AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
