ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE EASTERN
OKLAHOMA AND THE CENTRAL AND EASTERN PORTIONS OF THE TEXAS PANHANDLE
THROUGH 5 PM. THE SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL BE CONFINED TO AREAS
GENERALLY ALONG AND EAST OF A TURPIN TO BORGER TO HAPPY LINE. THESE
SHOWERS AND STORMS ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE SLOWLY SOUTH AND SOUTHEAST
INTO THE EARLY EVENING HOURS AND WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING
RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF A TENTH OF AN INCH OR LESS. GUSTY WINDS TO 40 MPH
AND BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL MAY ACCOMPANY THE STRONGER STORMS.
