A broken line of showers will continue to progress south and east
over The Middle Texas Coastal Waters this afternoon. Through 3 pm
cdt, mariners need to be prepared for brief heavy downpours and
gusts to 30 knots, mainly from 40 to 60 nautical miles offshore of
Port OConnor, south to 40 to 60 nautical offshore of Baffin Bay.
