.NOW...
Through 115 pm, widely separated showers and thunderstorms will
impact the Florida Keys, as well as nearshore and offshore waters
surrounding the island chain. These showers and storms will move to
the west at around 10 knots. The strongest storms will produce
occasional lightning strikes, wind gusts near 25 knots, and brief,
heavy rain, temporarily reducing the visibility to near two miles.
Over land, the most likely area to see rainfall will be from Key
Colony Beach to Duck Key. The majority of showers and storms will be
located over Florida Bay.
