.NOW...

...BEST CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND STORMS SHIFTING EAST TOWARD THE
COAST...

AT 430 PM...ISOLATED SHOWERS AND LIGHTNING STORMS LOCATED NEAR THE
KISSIMMEE RIVER BASIN WERE MOVING EAST AT AROUND 15 MPH. STORMS WILL
INCREASE IN COVERAGE AS THEY APPROACH INTERSTATE 95 AND THE FLORIDA
EAST COAST...MAINLY FROM BREVARD COUNTY SOUTHWARD. THE STORMS...AND A
SOUTHEASTWARD MOVING OUTFLOW BOUNDARY...WILL COLLIDE WITH THE EAST
COAST SEA BREEZE...RESULTING IN RAPID DEVELOPMENT OF ADDITIONAL
ACTIVITY FROM EASTERN OSCEOLA AND OKEECHOBEE COUNTIES EASTWARD TO
THE COAST FROM CAPE CANAVERAL SOUTH TO TEQUESTA.

A FEW STORMS COULD ALSO IMPACT NORTHERN LAKE AND VOLUSIA COUNTIES
THROUGH EARLY EVENING.

THE STRONGEST STORMS WILL PRODUCE OCCASIONAL TO FREQUENT CLOUD TO
GROUND LIGHTNING STRIKES...BRIEF WIND GUSTS OF 30 TO 40 MPH...AND
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AMOUNTS BETWEEN ONE AND TWO INCHES IN A 60
TO 90 MINUTE PERIOD.
