DUNES AT FLORENCE AND EXTENDING FURTHER OFFSHORE. THIS LINE IS
MOVING SLOWLY NORTHWARD AT 15 TO 20 MPH. MARINERS ALONG THE CENTRAL
OREGON COAST AND OTHERS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR BRIEF DOWNPOURS AND
GUSTY WINDS TO 35 MPH.
