.NOW...Showers and isolated thunderstorms will continue to
develop and affect various sectors of Puerto Rico throughout the
afternoon. The heaviest activity will be concentrated along
interior and western Puerto Rico as well as across portions of the
eastern half of Puerto Rico. Expect periods of moderate to heavy
rainfall, gusty winds, ponding of water on roadways and hazardous
driving conditions. In addition, people should remain alert and
cautious across the rivers, especially in eastern Puerto Rico,
where water levels are running high.
