.AS THE UPPER LOW SWINGS THROUGH CENTRAL ALABAMA...WINDS WILL
INCREASE THIS MORNING AND REMAIN STRONG ACROSS ALL OF CENTRAL
THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. THE STRONGEST WINDS ARE FORECAST TO BE IN
THE SOUTHWEST...OR ALONG AND SOUTH OF AN ALICEVILLE TO MONTGOMERY
LINE. WINDS ACROSS THE AREA WILL BE 15 TO 20 MPH WITH GUST UP TO
25 MPH...WHILE THE ADVISED AREAS MAY SEE WINDS UP TO 25 MPH WITH
HIGHER GUSTS.

ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM CST THIS EVENING.

* TIMING...THROUGH 6 PM.

* WINDS...WILL BE STRONG AT 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUST UP 30 MPH IN
  THE ADVISED AREA.

* IMPACTS...DRIVING MAY BECOME DIFFICULT DUE TO STRONG WINDS.
  SMALL LIMBS AND BRANCHES MAY BREAK AS WELL.
