* TIMING...STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE FROM 9 AM TO 3 PM TUESDAY.

* LOCATIONS INCLUDE: ELY...MCGILL...CONNORS PASS...GREAT BASIN
  NATIONAL PARK.

* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS WILL MAKE TRAVEL CHALLENGING FOR HIGH
