...Strong South Winds across the Western Midsouth Counties Friday
and Friday Night...

.A strong low pressure system in the Plains will increase winds
across the Midsouth tomorrow. The highest sustained winds and
gusts are expected in the Delta...or along and west of the
Mississippi River from late tomorrow morning through Friday night.

...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM FRIDAY TO 7 AM CDT
SATURDAY...

The National Weather Service in Memphis has issued a Wind
Advisory, which is in effect from 10 AM Friday to 7 AM CDT
Saturday.

* WINDS...south winds of 20 to 30 mph...with gusts up to 45 mph.

* TIMING...from 10 am CDT Friday through 7 am CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...High profile vehicles will find difficulty in
  driving...especially on east to west oriented highways. Loose
  outdoor furniture and items will be vulnerable to the wind.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that sustained winds of 25 to 39 mph are
expected...or gusts will range between 40 AND 57 mph. Winds this
strong can make driving difficult...especially for high profile
vehicles. Use extra caution.
