CAUSE FOG THROUGH THIS MORNING. TEMPERATURES AT MANY LOCATIONS
ARE...OR WILL BE...AT OR BELOW FREEZING. THUS THE FOG COULD FREEZE
ON CONTACT WITH COLD SURFACES.

* VISIBILITIES...ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...THIS FOG CAN MAKE ROAD SURFACES AND SIDEWALKS SLICK.
  MOTORISTS SHOULD USE CAUTION AND SLOW DOWN AS VISIBILITIES
  WILL BE REDUCED AND STOPPING WILL BE DIFFICULT DUE TO BLACK
  ICE.
