* TIMING AND MAIN IMPACT: STRONG WEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH
  THIS EVENING.

* WINDS: SUSTAINED WEST WINDS OF 35 TO 50 MPH...WITH GUSTS NEAR 65
  MPH. ISOLATED GUSTS NEAR 70 MPH ARE POSSIBLE AT RIDGE TOPS.

* OTHER IMPACTS: TRAVEL COULD BE DIFFICULT AT TIMES FOR HIGH
  PROFILE VEHICLES.
