ADVISORY FOR NORTHEAST SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY...THE MORONGO
BASIN...SOUTHERN CLARK COUNTY AND CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN MOHAVE COUNTY
AWAY FROM THE COLORADO RIVER...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM PST
/11 AM MST/ THIS MORNING TO 7 PM PST /8 PM MST/ THIS EVENING.

* WINDS: WEST AT 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH.

* TIMING: WINDS WILL INCREASE LATE THIS MORNING...BE STRONGEST THIS
  AFTERNOON AND THEN DECREASE THIS EVENING.

* LOCATIONS: PRIMM...SEARCHLIGHT...CAL-NEV-ARI...MORONGO
  VALLEY...YUCCA VALLEY...TWENTYNINE PALMS...BAKER...MOUNTAIN
  PASS...MITCHELL CAVERNS...KINGMAN...GOLDEN VALLEY...DOLAN
  SPRINGS...VALENTINE...WIKIEUP...YUCCA.

* IMPACTS: STRONG CROSSWINDS WILL MAKE FOR DIFFICULT DRIVING
  CONDITIONS ON AREA ROADS INCLUDING INTERSTATES 15 AND 40 AS WELL
  AS HIGHWAYS 93 AND 95. AREAS OF BLOWING SAND AND DUST ARE POSSIBLE
  RESULTING IN REDUCED VISIBILITY. ANY LOOSE OBJECTS OUTSIDE WILL BE
  BLOWN AWAY.

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT CROSSWINDS ARE EXPECTED TO BE STRONG
ENOUGH TO MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE
VEHICLES. IN ADDITION...STRONG WINDS OVER DESERT AREAS COULD RESULT
IN BRIEFLY LOWERED VISIBILITIES TO WELL UNDER A MILE AT TIMES IN
BLOWING DUST OR BLOWING SAND. USE EXTRA CAUTION.

  TRONA.

* IMPACTS: STRONG CROSSWINDS WILL MAKE FOR DIFFICULT DRIVING
  CONDITIONS ON AREA ROADS INCLUDING INTERSTATES 15 AND 40 AS
  WELL AS HIGHWAYS 58 AND 395. AREAS OF BLOWING SAND AND DUST
  ARE POSSIBLE RESULTING IN REDUCED VISIBILITY. ANY LOOSE
