Isolated flurries through early afternoon.
.TONIGHT...NW wind 10 to 20 kts. Gusts to 25 kts through early
evening. Waves 2 to 4 ft subsiding to 1 to 2 ft after midnight. A
slight chance of light snow toward dawn.
.WEDNESDAY...NE wind 10 to 20 kts. Gusts to 25 kts possible late
in the afternoon. Waves 2 ft or less building to 2 to 4 ft in the
afternoon. Light snow.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...N wind 15 to 25 kts decreasing to 10 to 20 kts
