subsiding to 1 ft or less in the afternoon.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 10 to 15 kt becoming north after
midnight. Mostly cloudy. Waves 1 ft or less building to 1 to 3 ft
after midnight.
.SATURDAY...East winds 15 to 25 kt. Chance of snow and light
