OVER THE NW OFFSHORE WATERS. THIS DISRUPTION WILL CONTINUE UNTIL
HIGH PRESSURE BEGINS TO STRENGTHEN NE OF THE AREA SUNDAY INTO NEXT
WEEK. MODERATE TO STRONG TRADE WINDS WILL RETURN ACROSS THE WATERS
EARLY NEXT WEEK.
