TRAILING SURFACE TROUGH IN THE NORTHWESTERN OFFSHORE WATERS MOVE
EAST. THE WEAK FRONT WILL PASS OVER KAUAI LATE SUNDAY AND MOVE DOWN
THE ISLAND CHAIN INTO MIDWEEK. HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD BEHIND THE
FRONT...AND MODERATE TO LOCALLY FRESH NORTHEAST TRADE WINDS WILL
FILL IN OVER THE AREA. NO SIGNIFICANT SEAS EXPECTED.
