.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front across the S waters will begin to
lift N as a warm front today and tonight before moving N of the
Washington waters Tue. A cold front will slowly move towards the
area and into the far NW portion late Tue night. The frontal
boundary will slowly move E over the region Wed and Wed night
while a couple low centers pass just NW of the Washington waters.
A series of low pressure troughs will cross the area Thu and Thu
night. Another cold front will approach the waters Fri, then
slowly move into the area Fri night.
