TROUGH OVER THE SE WATERS AND ANOTHER TROUGH OVER THE NW WATERS WILL
MOVE NW SLOWLY AND WEAKEN. A NEW HIGH WILL BUILD NE OF THE AREA
STARTING MONDAY NIGHT.
