.SYNOPSIS...A 998 mb low near Bristol Bay will persist through
Monday,  gradually weakening. High pressure will build east over
the  Chukotsk Peninsula beginning late tonight and on Monday and
will  produce small craft level winds through the Bering Strait
and over the eastern Bering Sea.
