.DISCUSSION...Scattered to numerous showers and isolated
thunderstorms are expected today. High temperatures will range
from the mid 50s to the lower 60s. The minimum relative humidity
will range from 45 to 55 percent this afternoon and northwest
winds will range from 20 to 30 mph with gusts as high as 40 mph.

...Low Fire Danger...

The grassland fire danger index will reach the low category this
afternoon. Favorable weather conditions or a high moisture
content of grasses, and other dry organic material on the ground,
indicate that the probability of a fire occurrence is low.
Outdoor burning under these conditions can usually be performed
with reasonable safety precautions.

The outlook for Tuesday afternoon, The grassland fire danger
index will reach the low category.
