GUSTY WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY...

The surface cold front has finally pushed east across the western
Nebraska Panhandle late this evening. Therefore, will allow the
Red Flag Warning to expire on time with relative humidities
increasing over 80 percent after midnight.
