MINNESOTA WILL BE ALLOWED TO EXPIRE AT 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING.
WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO DIMINISH EARLY TONIGHT ALONG WITH RISING
RELATIVE HUMIDITY...WHICH WILL LOWER THE FIRE THREAT. ALTHOUGH LOW
HUMIDITIES ARE EXPECTED AGAIN THURSDAY...WINDS WILL BE MUCH
LIGHTER.
