...FIRE WEATHER WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THURSDAY
AFTERNOON FOR GUAM...

* AFFECTED AREA...PRIMARILY THE MOUNTAINS AND GRASSY AREAS OF
  SOUTHERN AND CENTRAL GUAM.

* WIND...EAST-NORTHEAST 15 TO 20 MPH WITH STRONGER AFTERNOON
  GUSTS. WINDS WILL INCREASE WEDNESDAY TO RED FLAG WARNING LEVELS.

* TEMPERATURES...DAYTIME HIGHS IN THE MID TO UPPER 80S.

* HUMIDITY...AS LOW AS 50 PERCENT.

* TIMING...MOST DANGEROUS TIMES WILL BE FROM THE LATE MORNING
  HOURS UNTIL SUNSET.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP COULD SPREAD RAPIDLY. THIS
  IS ESPECIALLY TRUE FOR NORTH AND EAST-FACING SLOPES. OUTDOOR
  BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED AS FLYING EMBERS AND ASH MAY START
  SPOT FIRES DOWNWIND.
