* TIMING...Late Thursday morning into Thursday night.

* WIND...West and southwest, 20 TO 25 MPH, with gusts to 45 MPH.

* HUMIDITY...10 TO 20 percent.

* TEMPERATURE...Upper 70s TO 90.
