DAILY RIVER AND LAKE SUMMARY
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE COLUMBIA SC
1004 AM EDT MON SEP 15 2014

...ALL AREA RIVERS WERE BELOW FLOOD STAGE THIS MORNING...

A STALLED FRONTAL BOUNDARY SOUTH OF AREA WILL DISSIPATE AND ANOTHER
COLD FRONT WILL CROSS THE AREA TUESDAY. HIGH MOISTURE CONTENT AS WELL
AS AN UNSTABLE ATMOSPHERE WILL LEAD TO SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL. WIDESPREAD ACTIVITY OVER ANY AREA RIVER BASIN
COULD PRODUCE ENOUGH RUNOFF FOR MINOR TO MODERATE TEMPORARY STAGE
RISES DURING THE NEXT 2 DAYS. HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD IN FROM THE
NORTH BEHIND THE COLD FRONT ON WEDNESDAY...BRINGING A DRIER AIRMASS.
